Whitening enzyme is specially used in the pulp bleaching process to improve bleaching efficiency, promote whiteness and reduce the amount of bleaching chemicals.

Mechanism of action and efficacy

One of the main components of plant fiber is xylan. During the kraft pulping process, xylan will dissolve, but as the pH drops during the cooking process, part of the dissolved xylan is re-decomposed and attached to the surface of the fiber to form a "film"; in addition, some xylan and lignin exist as lignin-polysaccharide complexes. These forms of xylan will prevent the bleach solution from contacting the lignin, resulting in reduced bleaching efficiency. Whitening enzyme can effectively degrade xylan and destroy the lignin-polysaccharide complex, thereby improving the bleaching liquid penetration ability and promoting the bleaching and dissolution of residual lignin.

How to use

Adding location: the entrance of the pre-bleaching tower or the medium-consistency riser before bleaching, or can also be added to the tail tank of the pulp washer after bleaching. Adding method: batch or continuous addition. Addition dosage: 100~300g/T (absolutely dry pulp) Reaction time: 45~90 minutes

Packaging and storage

25 kg plastic drum (HDPE), can also be customized according to customer requirements It is recommended to store in a sealed container in a cool and dry environment (2-25°C) away from direct sunlight. Storage at low temperatures will help extend the service life of enzyme preparations.

Safety and Operations

This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided as much as possible. Ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, and mouth should be avoided. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.

After opening, please seal and store in time if not used up.
