Product Details

Beating enzyme is a papermaking biological enzyme composed of a variety of biological enzymes. Pretreatment of pulp fibers before grinding can significantly reduce beating energy consumption and improve paper strength.

Mechanism of action and efficacy

Beating enzymes can act on the cellulose in the cell wall P (primary wall) and S1 (secondary wall outer layer) to relax the cell wall structure, increase liquid permeability, promote fiber swelling, and facilitate the peeling of the S1 (secondary wall outer layer) layer. The mechanical force of refining makes it easier to delaminate and break the fiber cell wall, improve the filamentation of the S2 (secondary wall) layer fiber cell wall, thereby reducing the beating power and achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Features

Appearance: light brown liquid

Odor: slight fermentation smell

Application conditions

Application temperature: 15℃~65℃
Application PH: 6.0~10.0

How to use

Adding location: pulper or a suitable location before refining, which requires a reaction time of more than half an hour. Adding method: add in batches or continuously according to the pulping method. Addition dosage: 50~200g/T (absolutely dry pulp) Reaction time: 30~90 minutes Scope of application: Paper mill’s homemade pulp or imported pulp board beating

Packaging and storage

25 kg plastic drum (HDPE), can also be customized according to customer requirements It is recommended to store in a sealed container in a cool and dry environment (2-25°C) away from direct sunlight. Storage at low temperatures will help extend the service life of enzyme preparations.

Safety and Operations

This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided as much as possible. Ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, and mouth should be avoided. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
If leakage occurs, please flush with water immediately
After opening, please seal and store in time if not used up.
